IM analytics provides advanced analytics from simple coverage and frequency and call rate to more complex product specific exception reporting and flagging, turning the basic information into a proactive source of insight. IM Analytics also allows the creation of custom reports. These reports can be automatically emailed to specified recipients on a regular basis using a push email system, or picked up on a mobile device equipped with 3G or wireless connection.
